The start-up, or home page, is the first page you see when you open your web browser.

Most start-up pages are designed to lead you toward something to buy. Lov-e.com is for learning and enjoying the web. Lov-e.com is designed to make surfing easier without the heavy hand of e-business. . . Just a small way to make your computing experience more special.

Here is how to do it...You use Lov-e.com when you go online, so why not make Internet Explorer start at Lov-e.com every day:

1. Pull down the Edit menu and select Preferences
2. Select the Home/Search category
3. Type www.lov-e.com in the Address box for your Home Page and your Search Page
4. Click the OK button

Congratulations, Lov-e.com is your new home! Try it out -- just click on the HOME button anytime you want to use Lov-e.com

Still having trouble?

Withe latest browsers this process should be relatively easy but with older browsers check below.
Scroll down until you find your computer platform, Machintosh or Windows, and follow the steps for each web browser you use. You may want to print out these pages for convenience.

For AOL 3.0

  1. Click the My AOL icon on AOL's toolbar.
  2. Click Preferences on the pull-down menu.
  3. In the Preferences window, click on the Web button.
  4. In the Home page box, enter the following Web site address (URL): http://lov-e.com
  5. http://lov-e.com is now your start page.

  6. If it doesn't say Start Page, use the pull-down menu to select Start Page.
  7. Click the Use Current button.

  9. Click OK at the bottom of the Navigation box.
  10. http://lov-e.com is now your start page.
