I can say nothing here that could be positive.

The very process of analyzing my weight, or the life style that creates it, only compounds the problem.

The discomfort from being heavy, the medical dangers, the nuisance of maintaining a wardrobe for out-of-the-norm sizes, the horrific problem of being out of breath for the slightest physical activity all confirms the negative.

Will I crack this riddle of actually returning to proactive choices, this quagmire of despair and futility, and set things straight again? Only my weight going down will bare witness to this needed transformation. For now I have nothing positive to say.
