I continue not to practice any special kind of diet. But I am aware of how compulsive my eating is and reflective of my state of mind, seldom do I eat out of any conscious biological urge. If I do have biological urges, they are from addictions to sugar and caffeine.

I look forward to doing more physical activity and miss the positive aspects of the Atkins diet. Someday I hope to integrate physical activity into my life more. I am reminded daily of my limited stamina. Mostly it is simply a matter of self-discipline. Basically I do not have any.
