My daughter has joined me in an Atkins diet after our enjoyable holidays. She has no real weight problem but having a dialogue about weight and nutrition is always welcome. I am not as disciplined as I'd like to be and hope as I settle into work I will again into the swing of things. I have yet to start an exercise regime. The sooner the better.
