This morning's scale has me between 106 and 107 so I will trust 107 as appropriate balance to the 108 and 109 I was getting earlier in the week.
A dear friend has terminal cancer and this has had me contemplating my own inevitable demise. I will include here a recent blood test, included are results from earlier blood tests pre-dating my switch to an Atkin's style diet.
