Difficult to understand why I am now down two kilo from a week and a half ago. I try and provide a diverse tasty menu for myself and children with full consideration to nutrition. I have not though found a way to make exercise a part of my life. Will I be able to change this during the winter and spring when classes are no longer the primary concern, this remains to be seen. I do not feel I am dieting and so I am not losing weight. I do feel more conscious of food, both in learning how to cook and in watching nutritional aspects of what I and my children eat and drink.

My immune system is working overtime trying to fight off various flu symptoms, never healthy fully for long but at least I am maintaining my pressing work schedule. Keeping up with all the details is the first priority, hoping the diet will eventually evolve into a more healthy life style.
