I am fully dressed and that may be the cause of my weight at the high end of last week's. But more likely it is the hard adjustment of applying what I researched this summer to the vigorous challenge of being back at work.
New friends are here from Germany, in preparation for the Energy workshop and with it celebratory eating. But the real flaw is in the day to day anxiety and ill preparation which has me improvising meals or catering to impulsive dietary cravings.
But there has been the addition of more organic food products and a general increase of awareness. Knowing when I am misbehaving is a start.
